Just saw that Bill Brown passed away back in August. He was longtime and active participant in the GMC community as a member of the Great Lakers, Eastern States, and GMCMI. Bill was one of the nicest people I knew and he and I enjoyed a friendly rivalry when it came to college football (Bill was a huge Ohio State fan and alum, while I am a Michigan grad).
