Just a note to the owners in Alberta who were maybe making plans to do a
bearing shop at my place on the 14 and 15. This get together is to be
postponed till the middle of August sometime. Dates to be figured out
later. I have gotten a couple of orders for PODDS and other stuff which
will be consuming most of my time in the next couple of weeks. Anyone
who wants to drop in and say hello is more than welcome and we could
even figure out a date to do this bearing thing. Talked to Gil from
Regina the other day and he made himself a great tool to use with the
puller instead of the OTC puller. Shear simplicity in design and reports
that it works great. He did his bearings on his bench top with no wheel
or vice or snipe bar. Nice and simple. I will talk to him again and get
the design drawn out. I know it would have saved me the money I spent on
the OTC.

The other thing I liked about this wrench was, a guy could probably build it
for under $10.00, it fits in a tool box, and has pretty simple operating
instructions. Darren

I would think that after bolting everything up, you could stick the long end
in the vise & use the air wrench & zip the bearings off--no fuss, no muss.

tom--do not take our comments as an assault on your puller--just different
ways of using it.
