Seems real to me, like she ( Beatrice ) is screening the scammers.

Any ad that references "Finances"and "out of countries" I have considered
fakes. If you really like the idea of that GMC, call "Grizzly mini storage"
and ask to speak with the manager. They know who the owner of that coach is.
