Amsoil grease & trans fluid

Lots of grease, trans. fluid listed on http://www.amsoil.com/ now can
anyone who has used Amsoil head me in the right direction on this site as to
the right type of grease and Transmission fluid. Many to choose from & want
to get the right one's.. Mainly for front & rear wheel bearings and to
change the trans. fluid. Anything else we should look at , take care of at
the same time???
