Hi,

Just got Bussy-Bussy (first Bussy is grandchilds name
for the coach, second Bussy is great-grandchilds name
for the coach) back on her wheels. Had replaced most
of the main frame members last summer and had a post
on that at that time. I guess we made a mistake and
sent all the details direct to Adohen instead of
posting them here. Anyhow, we had lots of other
problems that reared their ugly heads upon reassembly.
Not the least of which was the rear air suspension
system. Leaks, you would not believe. Winter set in
(it gets sort of cool in Minnesota) and all work
ceased. Today we finally found all the leaks and
fixed. While looking at the compressor, it did not
look at all like the unit, or any of the units, shown
in either the owners manual, maintenance manual or
parts book. Looking over the unit, it had a name
"Lester". All numbers on the various parts were
obviously casting pattern (part) numbers. Anyhow,
this thing is at least 3 to 4 time bigger than
anything shown in the manuals. Obviously something
one of the two PO's had done. It was driven by a
starter motor. When my son and I timed it, it
consistently had to coach to full rise from empty tank
in 2 minutes, 2 seconds by the stop watch. I'm happy.

We have a few other minor leaks to solve, one in the
hot water system and one at the waste tank dump valve.
Also have a couple of shorts in the coach wiring, but
we think we know where they are. Change fluids
tomorrow and we should be on the road Friday, two
weeks ahead of schedule.

Anyhow, thats how it is here.

Scott,

Not a problem. My records indicate I sent it direct
to you, however, if anyone is interested, I think I
have the original post and can put it on the mail
list. No big deal. Back then, I was new and did not
really understand how to use this GREAT resource.
