The bases won't work without being modified (they are too tall).

I don't know about shipping.

You need the 77/78 base then it will work

Email does not show the same info as the forum. I was thinking more
like...where you live, the coach you have.... etc.

Just a repeat. But get the entire seat, including the base. Suggest new bolts when you install the bases and connecting the seat bottom
to the bases. 40 year old bolts might make me nervous.
Shipping will kill you. They would have to be palletized and trucked, no UPS here. Perhaps the informal GMC moving train can get it near you.
If replacing the OEM seats is your goal, consider looking through the forum and check out the installation of 2nd row seats from the different
mini-vans; Honda, Chrysler seats are popular and available at your local men's mall. I installed a nice set from a Mazda mini-van. $40 for the eats,
$20 worth of angle and bolts. This is your chance to be creative. Get seats with arm rests on both sides of the seat.
Your signature needs to include your actual town. Tough to figure out if the group can help you, if we don't know where you are. Year and size or
model of your GMC also helps.

Thanks Mark,
Do you have any idea what the 2 front seats in good condition from a 77 GMC

I couldn't guess. Sorry.

I used the middle row seats from a Pontiac Montana van.
Swivel, reclining and double arm rests.
They bolted in very easily.

eBay is your friend. I picked up two newish RV seats for about 300 delivered. They are way more comfortable than 2nd row minivan seats, to
me...YMMV.

Not delivered, but stuff like this pops up all the time:

Search for captains chairs or van seats. Anything with RV in the title adds $200
