We are having a problem with the right side air suspension system
bleeding down overnight. Does anyone have any suggestions? We have
replaced the hoses, have a new pump, the air leak is not readily
noticeable.
Also, can you tell us where we can purchase a service manual for our
coach?

I am having the same problem...the drivers side will be firm even after
several days and the pass side will be soft. I have looked and used a
lot of soapy water.

Shop manuels are available from Cinnabar 800-720-2227

re: air leak - I was having same problem after buying my 78 recently -
it had been sitting for several years - after some use the problem went
away leading me to believe the leak was back through the valve rather
than an external leak

mine is a 78 BirchHaven that I got in November - only 61,000 miles but I
have put 12,000 on it since - I use it as a mobile office when I am
traveling to horse shows

how much do the set of 3 shop manuals cost?

another question - is there an electric fuel pump or is the little
cylinder thing mounted on the frame under the passenger seat the fuel
tank select remote solenoid? - I am having some fuel priming problems at
cold starts

thanks from a VERY happy new owner

I put on the aftermarket valves (from Jim Bounds, GMC Coop)because I, too,
had leakdown that would take 4 days. After installing the valves, it
became apparent the the bag was the problem. Confirmed this with soap
solution and found minute pin hole leaks where the bag does all of the
flexing. Will be replacing both bags ($199 each, ouch - from Gateway)
this weekend. Also, Gateway now has replacement leveling valves for
Electro-Level I systems ($70 each). They are Hayden model 450CS. Just for
curiosity I got a price from thge local truck parts guy - $101 each.
Thanks, Gateway!!!

Contact Cinnabar 800-720-2227 for the price on the 2 shop manuals and 1
parts book

What do you sell at the horse shows? I have a line that might be of
interest to you.

Air valve control o-rings probably need to be replaced. I had same problem
until I replaced all of them.

What kind of air system do you have? Power level etc.
