1. Per telephone conversation and agreement between Classic Tube
(Tim
Slattery) and Thomas Warner, Classic Tube
agrees to supply stainless steel (T304 or equiv.) brake kits for members
of
various GMC Motorhome clubs for $250.00 a set.
For the $250 price there must be at least 10 brake kits total purchased.
Each member may purchase more than one set and
the quantity will count towards the minimum of 10 units. The set to
include
all brake lines and fittings from the master
cylinder to the rear brakes inclusive.
Tom, Did we ever finally determine what the difference in the lines is
for the two configurations? I hope they wouldn't just ignore the 23
foot configuration because there is only a couple of us and ship all 26
foot configurations. That is, if there is a difference. The stainless
would probably be tough to modify or rework to fit the 23 footer. i.e.
special flarring tools required, etc. Has anyone researched this far
enough? I want a set but not if there is a difference and they send us
a "one sise fits all" version when in fact it doesn't. I would be glad
to measure any lenghts if that would help. I'd rather do that than to
end up with sections I can't use and be short of a need piece or two.
Thanks, Phil
