I have been working on this beauty off and on for the last few years. Regretfully more off than on... as life never seems to slow down.

It really is is in great shape and was well taken care of by the previous owner. Major things I have done so far are quad bags, new firestone transforce tires, updated wiper arms, all led lights except headlights ( need to do some research to figure out which ones to get), golf cart batteries, and many small items.8B0271CF-B267-409F-AEB2-0E89C3E69D8C.webpCE761AF1-71C2-41C7-AB1F-54ACBD3997B4.webpD50710DC-ACAA-4B51-B863-D359CF7D638A.webpB4F9A5C1-8389-4E3D-B3E8-7FBEFFF7EC22.webp928210ED-11E8-4E04-B2CE-2D15420694E0.webpDB4929EB-7F04-4D8C-B882-F04017BFAE7C.webpF63824C5-3DA6-4071-A202-D1A3123E9AF4.webp

Thanks guys!

I am the fourth owner. The first owner was Dennis Dillon the owner of Dennis Dillon RV in Boise Idaho. He had it from new until it was sold to the second owner in 1984. In that time he put 19,573 Miles on the coach. Because he was a dealer he never had to title or license it he just used dealer plates. I even noticed that on their website under “about us” there are a couple pictures of the coach out on family vacations.

The second owner, Technically first title owner was Leon Goodman of Gooding Idaho. He owned the coach from 1984 to 2015, when he sold it to his neighbor due to downsizing because of age. Leon was very active in the GMC community and frequented many of the rallies. Leon did many upgrades to the coach as evident from the boxes of receipts and information I inherited with the coach.

Leon’s neighbor Chance owned the RV from 2015 to 2017. During that time he added less than 100 miles to the odometer. Due to not using the coach he decided to sale it to me luckily.

Mine was the 12,238th out of 12,921. So 683 coaches were made after mine.0CC3537A-A0CF-4F81-942A-26ED79042630.webpFEBE99B9-0484-4F75-B6E3-C4C8B73EAFAE.webpE45185CF-2E92-4887-848E-817CBBCFAC78.webp

Good Morning,
I didn't really know how to go about this so I am going to ask, does anyone know where one might purchase a complete transmission/differential for one of these coaches? 78' Kingsley.

Applied GMC (gmcrvparts.com) on west coast, Sirum GMC in Florida, Cinnabar Engineering in Illinois, Barry Owen in NC.

Where are you from? Might be best to remove it and have it rebuilt?

What a fantastic coach. Original carpet is pretty rare (and I love it!). I have a 77, and I'm trying to piece the original orange corduroy interior back together (PO "updated" the interior with horrible pleather).
