1973 GMC Glacier restoration

Hi all,
I am currently restoring a 1973 glacier and I am wondering if someone has the key number for the access panels? The 751 key goes in, but does not turn.
Could it be that the cylinder is just froze up?

must be aftermarket lock? factory was a simple T handle latch

squirt some lube in the lock

The power and water are behind a lock panel on the 1973, could be they are talking about that panel

OP should watch some videos on simple lock picking
Its a skill that will serve you well

but first squirt lube as suggested and jiggle the handle

Drive over to a local locksmith and have them pick it. Fast and cheap, then you can have them re-key the cylinders for a single key.
