16" Alcoa Hub covers

Just a little more expensive but much prettier and custom for out GMCs:
I have a set of these. I've never had any issues, but I also don't like that you trap them to the wheels using the edge of the lug nut. It puts a side load, however slight, on a stuff designed to only see a tension load.

Not true. The nuts are beveled and the edges fit beneath that bevel. Cover up that nasty grease hole.

IMO the engraved "GMC" flat covers are the best looking for the Alcoa wheels. When you put them on, the wheel nuts will squash the edge of the covers leaving a significant mark. So I indexed each cover to the "Alcoa" engraved mark on the wheel. That way each time the wheel comes off with the cover, I can put it back the way it came off and not leave new marks on the covers. The wheel nut then covers the markings so that the damage is not noticeable. JWID
